The SEC officially unveiled their expansion-modified 2012 football schedule this morning, and the biggest changes for the University of Georgia might bolster their chances at repeating as SEC Eastern Division Champions.
The Bulldogs will trade SEC West opponent Alabama for another game against the SEC East in newcomer Missouri. Georgia will be the Tigers' first official conference game in Columbia September 8. The Dawgs will play their usual slate of Eastern opponents (hosting Vandy and Tennessee, at South Carolina and Kentucky, playing Florida in Jacksonville) and will retain Ole Miss as scheduled:
Sept. 8: at Missouri
Sept. 22: VANDERBILT
Sept. 29: TENNESSEE
Oct. 6: at South Carolina
Oct. 20: at Kentucky
Oct. 27: vs. Florida (Jacksonville)
Nov. 3: OLE MISS
Nov. 10: at Auburn
