Vanderbilt Vs. Oregon State Final Score, NCAA Baseball Super Regionals: Dores Match Gators Margin

South Carolina Gamecocks, the expectation has been set. Win your Super Regionals Game 1 by an 11-1 score, or be considered a party-pooper at best. After the Florida Gators walloped the Mississippi St. Bulldogs by 10, the Vanderbilt Commodores did the same to the Oregon St. Beavers in the Nashville opener.

Vandy became the fourth team to achieve a win on the first day of the round, joining Florida, UNC and Arizona State.

Also like Florida, the Commodores sprang to a 4-0 lead in the first inning. The Beavers weren't able to dent the scoreboard until the seventh thanks to a six-and-two-thirds, four-hit performance by Oakland Athletics draft pick Sonny Gray. Mike Yastrzemski and Jason Esposito each added a home run for Vandy.

The complete TV schedule for the Nashville Super Regional (all times ET):

Vanderbilt vs. Oregon State: Game 1 (Vandy wins, 11-1); Game 2, June 11 at 9 pm, ESPN2; Game 3, June 12 at TBD, ESPN
