South Carolina Baseball Vs. Virginia Final Score: 13th Inning Win Sends USC To CWS

The South Carolina Gamecocks are going to their second-straight College World Series final, having downed the Virginia Cavaliers 3-2 in the 13th inning thanks to a cluster of errors that put the HAM in Omaha. The Cocks now  are in the peculiar position of potentially winning consecutive national titles in a sport everybody has heard of -- a year ago, they'd never even won one.

On the other side, the Florida Gators knocked off the Vanderbilt Commodores yet again, 6-4, and aim to become just the fifth school to win a football national championship, March Madness and the CWS. And they'll have done it all in well under a decade. If you ever needed a reason to Gatorhate...

Events get underway Monday night at TD Ameritrade, with Tuesday night's game determining whether a Wednesday nighter is needed. More to come between now and then.
