Please forgive the all caps, but the arrest of Florida Gators linebacker Dee Finley merits it. Finley was arrested due to aggressive scooter piloting and a scenario that played out like this:
Finley: pretty much gonna intimidate you now
Officer: you are riding a scooter
Finley: please take me into custody
The Georgia Bulldogs have suffered a years-long scooter curse that has resulted in multiple injuries and multiple arrests, and by multiple I mean more than two of each. After the condition started spreading around the SEC East, it really felt like light was breaking through the scooter clouds. News that the dread steed has begun having its way in Gainesville can only be a sure sign the affliction has found a new host.
