Georgia Vs. Coastal Carolina Final Score: Dawgs Notch Easiest Win In 17 Years

Stay connected for news and updates

The Georgia Bulldogs weren't supposed to be challenged by Coastal Carolina. They were not. With a 59-0 victory, Georgia achieved its highest margin of victory since 1994 and covered the spread by 24 points. Not a lot of drama here, other than local Dawgs fans trying to find the game on ESPN3 and discovering it had been blocked in Atlanta.

UGA's defense held the Chanticleers to only 109 yards worth of offense and forced three turnovers. Aaron Murray passed for 79 more yards than that by himself, and he turned the controls over to Hutson Mason and Parker Welch after establishing an extremely comfortable lead.

Isaiah Crowell and Tavarres King got to do a little stat-padding, with Crowell picking up 98 total yards and a touchdown and King securing a pair of scores.
