National Signing Day 2012: UGA, Georgia Tech Have Chances At Top Recruits

Bud Elliott's list of the top 25 uncommitted recruits as we enter National Signing Day includes three who could end up at local schools, including Dalvin Tomlinson, a target for both the Georgia Bulldogs and Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets.
