In one of the more dramatic stories of National Signing Day, Joshua Harvey-Clemons, a five-star LB from Valdosta, has not been able to sign a Letter of Intent with Georgia despite committing to the Bulldogs on national TV.

A LOI requires the signature of a player's family, and Harvey-Clemons' legal guardian, his grandfather, wants him to stay closer to home. Florida and Florida State, both of whom recruited the 6'5 210 athlete hard, are both 1.5 hours away compared to Georgia, which is a 3.5 hour drive from Valdosta.

However, despite the family concerns, Georgia coach Mark Richt is reportedly unworried:

Asked if he was concerned that Josh Harvey-Clemons faxed letter of intent had not arrived yet, Richt said: ""No. Not at all."

However, until that fax reaches the Georgia football staff's office, it will be hard for Bulldogs fans to rest easy on what could be a huge signing for the Bulldogs.
