The Chronicle of Higher Education discovers a surprising list of powerful schools voted to override the NCAA's proposal to allow schools to offer multiple-year scholarships. In the state of Georgia, only the Georgia Bulldogs and Kennesaw St. Owls voted in favor of multi-year schollies. I blame Vince Dooley.
