The Georgia Bulldogs reportedly picked up their first defensive lineman for the 2013 class in Northgate (Newnan) defensive tackle DeAndre Johnson, who's rated a three-star by 247sports and unrated by Rivals and Scout. He stands 6'3 and weighs 310. He also claimed offers from South Carolina, Tennessee, and Georgia Tech, among others.

With both Kwame Geathers and John Jenkins departing over the next two seasons, the Dawgs will have to keep bringing in interior line beef to keep that elite run defense intact. The Dawgs are now up to seven commits for the 2013 class, with Junior Day visits still ahead. Five of the seven are defensive commits, and Todd Grantham's definitely getting his way early on.
