Georgia Bulldogs safety Marc Deas has also made the decision to not play for Georgia in 2012 as he has decided to transfer. The redshirt sophomore safety played in three games during the 2011 season and registered three tackles for head coach Mark Richt's defense.
What's interesting in the transfer of Deas is the fact that he was extremely adamant about his appreciation for Georgia football after he "fell in love" during his recruitment in 2009. A native of Kissimmee, Florida, he even noted that he owned a pair of Florida Gators underwear. After his recruitment, he burned them and swore his allegiance to the Bulldogs. Now, after one full season as a member of the Bulldogs, the safety has decided to take his talents elsewhere.
Rack this up as another case of Georgia just being Georgia, as transfer file out and this roster takes on a new form every day.
