NFL Draft 2012: Stephen Hill 'Wowed Scouts' At Georgia Tech Pro Day

Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets wide receiver Stephen Hill has been shooting up the mock draft ranks since running a 4.3 40-yard dash at the NFL Combine. Teams seem to be viewing him as something similar to what Demaryius Thomas was when he emerged as a NFL deep threat after playing in Paul Johnson's run-first-and-second-and-third scheme.

At Tech's pro day on Tuesday, Hill again impressed the assembled crowd, which included Chicago Bears head coach Lovie Smith. SI.com's NFL draft expert, Tony Pauline:

SBNation.com's latest mock draft sent Hill to the Houston Texans at No. 26:

Upgrading their offense is a priority if the Texans are going to build off last season's incredible run. Hill can be worked in with Andre Johnson, who is still the lead horse in the passing game.
