After a productive Spring, Georgia's troubled young running back has been arrested on weapons charges.
Early morning reports out of Athens, Ga., on Friday morning are indicating that University of Georgia sophomore running Isaiah Crowell has been arrested on weapons charges:
Georgia RB Isaiah Crowell has been arrested on two felonies and one misdemeanor, for carrying a weapon in a school zone.

Crowell was the No. 1 running back recruit in the nation out of Carver HIgh School in Columbus, and showed flashes of brilliance last season, including four 100-yard rushing games, but also battled numerous injuries and argued with coaches and teammates and was suspended twice. Crowell sat out almost all of the Bulldogs' SEC Championship loss to LSU.
Crowell was listed as a co-starter at running back in the spring with Ken Malcome, and was expected to be named Georgia's starter for the 2012 season.
