2013 UGA Football Recruiting: Reuben Foster Reaffirms Commitment To Alabama

Stay connected for news and updates

Reuben Foster is among 12 state of Georgia prospects that is in Beaverton, Oregon for The Opening which is an elite level football camp for the top prospects in the nation.

Foster is on the sidelines at The Opening after suffering a hamstring while running the 40-yard dash on Friday. While there Foster took the time to reaffirm his commitment to Alabama to 247sports writer Keith Niebuhr.

The story is relevant to the Bulldogs because Foster recently said that he would be playing in college with his good friend Tray Matthews who is also at The Opening and is a current Georgia commitment. This fueled speculation that Foster was going to flip to UGA and it still is a possibility but now perhaps the Bulldogs should be a little worried about Matthews.
