Montravious Adams will be on an unofficial visit this weekend to Georgia.

The Georgia Bulldogs will have their chance to attract one of the nation's top prospects when Montravious Adams visits campus this weekend. The defensive tackle will be with his mother on an unofficial visit, according to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

Adams, an in-state product from Dooly County High School who is ranked as the nation’s No. 2 overall prospect by 247sports.com, would obviously be a big pickup for Georgia.

Wilcox County coach Mark Ledford, who has coached several D1 signees including former UGA DB Nick Marshall, said Montravius lives up to the hype. "I just think he’s another kid from our area that has the potential to be a great college football player. I don’t know if I’ve ever seen a kid with that size be as explosive as he is. I haven’t ever seen a kid that big get off the ball as quick and athletic as he is."

Adams is also considering Auburn, Clemson, Florida State and Alabama.
