The Bulldogs shot over 50% from three point range during their 58-49 win over the Bears.

The Georgia Bulldogs took care of business on Tuesday afternoon against the Mercer Bears, winning 58-49 at home. The Bulldogs were lifted by 58% shooting from three point range as a team, and a 34-24 rebounding advantage. The win halts a three game skid for the Dawgs, and improves their record to 3-7.

Kentavious Caldwell-Pope led the Bulldogs with 17 points and nine rebounds, and Charles Mann finished with 10 points, seven rebounds, and five assists. The team shot over 43% from the floor, and over 81% from the free throw line.

Anthony White led the Bears with nine points, and Daniel Coursey had eight points and five rebounds. Jakob Gallon chipped in with six points and six rebounds. Mercer shot a dismal 23% from 3-point range, and only 31% from the floor. However, they only turned the ball over 11 times, allowing them to stay with Georgia until the end.

The Bulldogs play next on Saturday, Dec. 22, when they host the USC Trojans.
