The Georgia Bulldogs are entering Saturday's game against the Kentucky Wildcats slightly behind the South Carolina Gamecocks. How can the Bulldogs get back in the SEC Division Championship race?

The Georgia Bulldogs enter Saturday's game against the Kentucky Wildcats in third place behind the South Carolina Gamecocks and the Florida Gators in the SEC East. Before they take the field for that game, they will be rooting for the Gators to beat the Gamecocks in their game.

The Bulldogs and the Gamecocks both have one conference loss on the season. The Bulldogs are scheduled to play the Gators on Oct. 27. If the Bulldogs win that game against the Gators if they first defeat the Gamecocks, they would have an inside track to representing the SEC East in the SEC Championship game.

However, Bulldogs head coach Mark Richt doesn't want his team to overlook Saturday's game against the Wildcats. In an interview with Marc Weiszer of The Augusta Chronicle, Richt says that the focus now is just to get better:

"Right now, I think the best thing for Georgia is to focus on getting better, focus on Kentucky," Richt said Sunday when asked about the SEC East race. "That's kind of a boring answer as always, but it's really what we've got to do. We've got some things we've got to clean up."

The Bulldogs play the Wildcats at Commonwealth Stadium in Lexington, Ky. Kickoff is scheduled for 7 p.m.
