The Georgia Bulldogs have a couple of offensive linemen nursing injuries.
Two offensive linemen for the Georgia Bulldogs are nursing injuries following the team's win last weekend over the Florida Gators. According to the Athens Banner-Herald, center David Andrews didn't participate in practice on Monday with a left knee contusion and right guard Chris Burnette practiced with a cast on his left hand after injuring his thumb against the Gators.
Burnette injured his hand on the same play that fullback Merritt Hall sprained his right ankle. Hall also didn't practice on Monday, according to the school. Burnette said he expects to play against the Ole Miss Rebels on Saturday.
Also on the injury front, fullback Quayvon Hicks was limited in practice on Monday. He's missed time with a concussion. Linebacker Chase Vasser was held out of practice with a sprained shoulder.
The Rebels come to Athens, Ga., on Saturday facing a Georgia team that controls its own destiny in the SEC East. Saturday's game kicks off at 3:30 p.m. ET.
