The Panthers have three linemen who are up in the air for Saturday's game against Old Dominion.
Three of Georgia State's defensive linemen did not play in the team's loss to James Madison on Saturday and their status for this Saturday is questionable, according to The AJC.
The Panthers were without defensive ends Melvin King and C.J. Stephens, as well as tackle Joe Lockley. The Panthers are so thin on the defensive line that they were forced to play tight ends, outside linebackers and offensive tackles on the defensive line Saturday.
Even with the make-shift defensive line, Georgia State coach Bill Curry was happy with how the defense played, according to The AJC.
King has been battling a knee injury, while Lockley's injury is undisclosed.
The Panthers fell to James Madison, 28-21, on Saturday. Georgia State scored two fourth-quarter touchdowns, but it wasn't enough to edge James Madison.
Georgia State is 1-8 this season and 1-5 in the Colonial Conference. The Panthers have lost two games in a row. Their only win came Oct. 13 against Rhode Island, 41-7.
The Panthers host Old Dominion on Saturday.
