The Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets will look to host the BYU Cougars on their 2012 schedule, and an announcement will come out later today what the actual date of the game will be.

BYU recently released their pending 2012 football schedule and there are a couple of potential dates that Georgia Tech could look to host the Cougars later in the Fall. BYU currently has four weeks of open scheduling available between the week of October 24 and November 24, and the Cougars only have games between the Yellow Jackets and the Idaho Vandals left to schedule for the season.

Couple BYU finishing with a 10-3 record last year along with Georgia Tech finishing with an 8-5 record with relatively young teams, and this could look to be a marquee matchup between two ranked foes. Lets keep our fingers crossed.
