Florida State Vs. North Carolina Halftime Update: Michael Snaer Leads Seminoles To 49-40 Lead In 1st Half

Stay connected for news and updates

In the first half of the ACC tournament championship game, Michael Snaer and Harrison Barnes have dueled with one another in a scoring frenzy. Snaer's 15 points have given the Florida State Seminoles a 49-40 advantage over the North Carolina Tar Heels at the half.

Barnes has matched Snaer with 15 points of his own, but North Carolina's defense has been the story of the half. The Seminoles are shooting 63% in the first half, and the ability to score around the rim has proven to be where North Carolina is hurting the most. Their usual rim defender, John Henson, was cleared to play by head coach Roy Williams "only in the case of an emergency" so its likely we won't see Henson until the NCAA tournament.

Check out the video of the highlights of the first half, as the second half continues in Atlanta.
