Georgia Tech is facing Illinois in this year's ACC-Big Ten Challenge.

The Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets men's basketball team will play the Illinois Fighting Illini in the 14th annual ACC-Big Ten Challenge on Nov. 28. This marks the first time these teams collide in the tournament's 14-year history.

ESPN, ESPN2 and ESPNU will televise all 12 games of the two-day event. The squads are battling for conference bragging rights and the Commissioners Cup.

No. 1 Indiana, No. 5 Michigan, No. 6 NC State, No. 8 Ohio State and No. 9 Michigan State are five of the top nine teams in this tournament from the ESPN.com early preseason poll.

Even though the ACC dominated this tournament for a decade, winning the first 10 Challenges, Georgia Tech is trying to help prevent the Big Ten from running away with its fourth consecutive title.

Of course, all of this is highlighted by the North Carolina Tar Heels vs. Indiana Hoosiers matchup.

Here is a look at the tournament schedule:

Tuesday, Nov. 27

Minnesota at Florida State
North Carolina at Indiana
NC State at Michigan
Maryland at Northwestern
Iowa at Virginia Tech
Nebraska at Wake Forest

Wednesday, Nov. 28

Purdue at Clemson
Ohio State at Duke
Georgia Tech at Illinois
Michigan State at Miami, FL
Boston College at Penn State
Virginia at Wisconsin
