Miami Vs. Georgia Tech: Paul Johnson Making Sure Team Isn't Cocky

The Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets may be coming off a 56-20 victory over Virginia, but their head coach Paul Johnson doesn't think the team should be too impressed with itself, according to The Telegraph.

"I don’t know why they wouldn’t be grounded," Johnson said. "We haven’t done anything. We’re 1-1 in the league. There is nothing to not be grounded about. They can look at the tape and see that we can play better than we played Saturday."

One of the reasons that Johnson feels that his team won't come into Saturday's game overconfident is that the Yellow Jackets lost to Miami last year, 24-7.

Quarterback Tevin Washington, in particular, had a forgettable game against the Hurricanes, throwing for just 63 yards and rushing the ball 20 times for 36 yards.
