Friday is cut day at The Open Championship and as the second round begins to wind down it looks like the cut line is going to center on about 2-over par for the tournament. That leaves a number of golfers at 3-over that are currently in danger of not being around for the weekend.
Among those at 3-over are Charles Howell III who shot a 1-over, 71 on Friday. Other notables at 3-over for the tournament include Sergio Garcia, John Daly, Tom Watson and Lee Westwood.
The tournament turned into a lost weekend for Phil Mickelson who followed up an opening round 73 with a 78 on Friday and is 11-over. Former British Open winner David Duvall is 5-over for the tournament after a 1-over, 71 on Friday.
