Atlantic Sun Tournament 2012: Schedule And Bracket Released

The Atlantic Sun Conference Tournament will begin on Wednesday, February 29 and will be played at Mercer University in Macon, Georgia.

The 2012 Atlantic Sun Tournament will be hosted by the Mercer Bears who perhaps hold the State of Georgia's best chance of earning a post-season NCAA Tournament bid. The top 8 teams from the Atlantic Sun earn spots in the conference tournament and both Stetson and Kennesaw State are getting a head start of offseason activities.

Belmont is the top seed for the tournament and will open play on Wednesday, February 29 at 2:30 p.m. against the No. 8 seed Jacksonville. Mercer is the No. 2 seed in the tournament and closes play on Wednesday with the 8:30 p.m. game against Lipscomb.
