Kennesaw State reportedly adds some talented height to its roster via a pair of Auburn transfers.

Former Auburn Tigers basketball players (you totally thought this was a football story!) Willy Kouassi and Bernard Morena will head northeast, transferring to play for the Kennesaw St. Owls, according to a report. The two left Auburn a couple months ago.

Kouassi is a 6'10 former four-star recruit who appeared in 25 games as a freshman, putting up 2.6 rebounds and 1.5 points per contest. Morena, standing 6'8, was a three-star coming out of high school who redshirted as a freshman after injuring his hand before the season.

Their additions should help shore up an Owls unit that's entering its fourth season of Division I play and second under Lewis Preston. Excepting rising junior Andrew Osemhen, the two new guys will be the tallest players on KSU's roster. The Owls were putrid on the glass last year, ranking worse in defensive rebounds than in any other major category.
