SEC Championship Game Final Score: Auburn Pulls Away in Fourth Quarter,Go On To Win 56-17

The South Carolina Gamecocks only score in the fourth quarter as Spencer Lanning kicked a 33-yard field goal to make the score 56-17 Auburn. It was too little, too late for South Carolina because the Auburn Tigers melted the clock away and come away with the 56-17 and go on to win their first SEC title since 2004.

Cam Newton was sick in the biggest game of his career as accounted for six touchdowns and 400 total yards of offense. He played like he was a guy that was ready to get all the drama behind him and just play football.

The Tigers are now 13-0 and will likely play the Oregon Ducks in the BCS Championship game on January 10. South Carolina drops to 9-4 and will play in a New Year's Day bowl game like the Outback Bowl or the Capital One Bowl.

I'm not sure who is going to win between Auburn and Oregon, but if 70 points aren't scored between the two teams, it will be a major disappointment.
