As Jeff Sullivan noted over at SB Nation.com, Atlanta Braves third baseman Chipper Jones appeared to suffer a left knee or leg injury making a groundball play during Tuesday night's game against the Houston Astros.
Zach Klein of WSB, ABC's Atlanta affiliate, now reports via Twitter that Jones suffered a "strained left knee" and will undergo further evaluation, including an MRI on Thursday.
