Braves Beat Mets Behind Tim Hudson

One paragraph recap:

The Braves got their home stand off to a good start with a decisive win against the Mets and Johan Santana. The Braves jumped on Santana early with three runs in the first inning, one on a double by Matt Diaz, and two more on a Rick Ankiel single. Tim Hudson threw a lot of pitches but pitched effectively to a helpless Mets offense. Chipper Jones added a home run in the seventh and Billy Wagner closed it out.

The Braves actually add a half game to their NL East lead with the Phillies being idle on Monday night.
