Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets Vs. Clemson Tigers

Tonight's game against rival Clemson was originally scheduled for last night but was moved back 24 hours due to the entire region being covered in ice. Georgia Tech (7-7, 0-1), coming off of two straights losses, will be looking for its first conference win of the season. Clemson (12-4, 1-1), won last Saturday night, beating the Miami Hurricanes 79-72 at Clemson.

Georgia Tech lost this past Saturday at Boston College 86-75, and lost earlier last week in double overtime at home to Charlotte. The Jackets are 0-4 in true road games this season.

All-time, Georgia Tech holds a 59-57 series lead over the Tigers. Clemson is 37-15 over the Jackets in South Carolina.

The two teams split meetings last year. On January 19th in Atlanta, No. 19 Tech beat No. 17 Clemson 66-64. Zachery Peacock hit two free throws with 3.2 seconds remaining for the winning margin. The Tigers got revenge on March 2nd, winning 91-80 behind Trevor Booker's 21 points.

The game is on FS South in Georgia, with Chip Caray doing the play-by-play. It can be heard on 790 the Zone in Atlanta.
