NCAA Basketball Rankings: Ohio State Takes Over No. 1 Spot, Duke Drops To No. 4

Duke drops four spots in the latest AP Top 25 poll after its upset loss to Florida State. Ohio State moves up one spot capturing 49 first place votes. Kansas and Syracuse each move up a spot to No. 2 and No. 3 respectively. The Blue Devils remain the lone ACC team in this weeks rankings with Florida State and North Carolina both receiving votes.

After going 1-1 this week the Georgia Bulldogs fall out of the rankings this week. Kentucky moves up to No.12 and is the only SEC team currently ranked in the poll. Georgia, Vanderbilt, and Florida all received votes.
