NCAA Basketball Rankings: Ohio State Still No. 1, Kansas And Texas Move Into Top 3.

North Carolina cracks the poll at No. 23 joining Duke as the only ACC teams in the Top 25. Florida State falls out of the poll due to its loss to Clemson over the weekend but still received votes.
