2011 Accenture Match Play Bracket: Bubba Watson, Matt Kuchar Advance To Final Eight

Bubba Watson and Matt Kuchar, local products and Ryder Cup teammates, have scored their way to the round of eight in the Accenture Match Play Championship bracket. Kuchar is paired against Y.E. Yang after beating Rickie Fowler 2 and 1, while Watson gets J.B. Holmes after topping Geoff Ogilvy 6 and 4.

For the two to play each other, they'd have to reach the title round, as they're on opposite sides of the bracket. A collision course! Neither has ever won a Match Play Championship.

As of this typing, Kuchar is 1 up through four holes, and Watson is 1 down through two. With a victory Kuchar would get either Luke Donald or Ryan Moore, while Watson would draw either Miguel Jimenez or Martin Kaymer, the only remaining No. 1 seed after early exits by Tiger Woods, Phil Mickelson, and Lee Westwood.
