NCAA Basketball Rankings: Ohio State Unanimous No. 1, Kentucky Falls To No. 18

Undefeated Ohio State is a unanimous selection as No. 1 in this week's AP Top 25 Basketball poll. There was no movement in the top five as Kansas, Texas, Pittsburgh, and Duke all held on to their rankings.

After losing to Mississippi and Florida, Kentucky drops eight spots from No. 10 to No. 18. Florida jumps the Wildcats as the top ranked SEC team re-joining the poll this week at No. 17. Vanderbilt moves up one spot to No. 23. Alabama and Tennessee each received votes in this week's poll.

Duke is the top ranked ACC team but North Carolina jumps up three spots to No. 20 with both teams preparing for Wednesday night's match-up at Cameron Indoor with the ACC lead at stake.  Florida State was the only other ACC team to receive votes in this week's poll.
