Bulls At Hawks Score: Chicago Takes 98-60 Lead Into Fourth Quarter

This update is brought to you by the letter "O" for over.

The Chicago Bulls are just absolutely positively killing the low-flying Atlanta Hawks on Atlanta's own court. It's yet another night for "MVP" chants for the other team's star player. Another night where the visiting fans cheer louder than the dispirited Hawks fans. Another night where the Hawks just plain didn't come ready to play. Embarrassing.

Derrick Rose has 30 points and Luol Deng 27 to lead the Bulls to a 98-60 edge through three quarters at Philips Arena.

Al Horford and Josh Smith have 14 each and Joe Johnson posted 13 for the Hawks, who quit defending in this one a long time ago. Unfortunately, I can't do the same thing. As painful of a game as this one is, I have to write this to the bitter end, Hawks fans.

Atlanta simply has no answer for Rose, who can score inside and outside. They have no answer for Deng's post game. They have shown no willingness to play any sort of defense. As a result, they are experiencing another epic fail night at home.

This wasn't supposed to happen after the Hawks had their players-only meeting, right? Whatever. Two games later, the same old Hawks returned.

Joakim Noah has eight points and seven boards for the Bulls, who hold a 31-16 edge on the boards.
