4. Brian McCann, C

5. Dan Uggla, 2B

Braves Pitchers: Rodrigo Lopez, Surprise

Alex Gonzalez hitting second is almost frightening, even for a Spring Training game. It may take a while for me to recover from seeing such a horrible sight... even for a Spring Training game.

Chipper Jones returns to the field at third base as the Braves elect to put the pitchers in the box today. Rodrigo Lopez is getting the start, followed by a big list of surprise since it hasn't been posted yet. The Braves also have a B game going, which has Brandon Beachy starting, so he is remaining on regular rest, just not appearing on the big league field this time.

Those starting in that game include Mycal Jones, Jose Constanza, Brooks Conrad, Ed Lucas, Brandon Hicks, Christian Bethancourt and Tyler Pastornicky.

According to David O'Brien, Nate McLouth is resting a sore shoulder and should return Thursday.

For the Cardinals, Albert Pujols is in the lineup at first base. Other regulars in the lineup include Jon Jay, Colby Rasmus and Yadier Molina. Jake Westbrook is getting the start.
