2011 Kentucky Derby Odds: Pre-Race Action Sees Pants On Fire, Nehro Trade Places

According to the latest 2011 Kentucky Derby odds, Pants on Fire is the hot last-minute pick to win the $1.4 million victor's share of the $2 million purse. Despite coming in with morning line odds of 20/1, Kelly Breen's colt now sits at 7/1, second to only Dialed In, who's slipped from a 4/1 favorite to 5/1 odds through the current update. Not very many experts are picking Pants on Fire to win it all -- pretty sure a lot of this is based on that great name. Sounds super fast!

The cutest odds adjustment: Twice the Appeal, who's halved his odds from 20/1 to 10/1. Twice the Appeal, half the odds! Shackelford, meanwhile, has taken a tumble from 12/1 to 24/1. One-time longshot Watch Me Go now has better odds than Brilliant Speed, Derby Kitten, Twinspired and Santiva -- hard to resist taking a flyer on 50/1 odds, but the No. 20 post positioned contender now has 25/1 odds. The new longshots? Decisive Moment and Comma to the Top, both 35/1.

Midnight Interlude and Mucho Macho Man have both inched their way into single-digit odds, each sitting at 9/1 as of this moment, while Nehro has fallen from the second most-valued contender to fifth.
