The 2011 PGA Championship begins Thursday at the Atlanta Athletic Club, not far from SB Nation Atlanta HQ. Here are Thursday's opening-round tee times for the most notable competitors.
Rory McIlroy, the 10-to-1 favorite to win the event, will tee off at 1:45. Tiger Woods, who trails only McIlroy in the odds as a 20-to-1 favorite, will begin at 8:35. 2010 PGA Championship winner Martin Kaymer is slated to start at 1:15.
Some locals will take part in the PGA Championship as well. Former Georgia Bulldog Bubba Watson, a 50-to-1 favorite, is scheduled to begin at 8:45. Former Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets Stewart Cink (8:05) and Matt Kuchar (1:55) will also take part in the PGA Championship.
CBS and TNT will broadcast the event stateside.
