The Atlanta Hawks are looking to win their fifth game out their last six when they host the Minnesota Timberwolves. The Hawks are down a few players due to injury with Al Hofford who is out for three to four months with a torn left pectoral muscle and Tracy McGrady is hindered by his chronic lower back injury and Marvin Williams with an ankle injury. Both McGrady and Williams are listed as day-to-day and will likely a game-time decision tonight. Those two player contribute 20 points per game so the Hawks might need a few players to make up the scoring if McGrady and Williams are limited or out in Saturday's game.
The Timberwolves are coming off of a 87-80 victory over the New Orleans Hornets on Friday night and will be looking to win back-to-back games for only the second time this season. The Timberwolves are lead by Kevin Love who is having a superb start to the season and so far is averaging 24.5 points and 14.7 rebounds per game.
