Boston College Vs. Georgia Tech Score: Vad Lee, Tevin Washington help Yellow Jackets to 28-3 lead at the half

Georgia Tech is getting plenty of production from the quarterback position on Saturday as the Yellow Jackets lead Boston College 28-3 at the half. Tevin Washington and Vad Lee have combined for all four touchdowns during the first half while helping direct an offense that piled up over 350 yards of total offense.

Washington put the Yellow Jackets on the board first capping off a 90-yard drive with a 12-yard touchdown run in the first quarter. Washington would extend the lead early in the second with his second rushing touchdown of the day this time coming from 1-yard out to give Georgia Tech a 14-0 lead.

After Boston College got on the board with a field goal, Vad Lee checked into the game and further extended the lead with a 24-yard scoring run to make the score 21-3. The red-shirt freshman wasn't finished though coming back out on the next series and connecting with freshman Anthony Autry for a 45-yard scoring strike. So Washington started the game and played well but Lee was under center for the final three possessions of the half.

Zach Laskey leads the Yellow Jackets on the ground with 10 carries for 71 yards. Washington has 41 yards rushing and is 3-6 passing for 77 yards. Lee has 45 yards rushing in the first half and completed 2-5 passes for 89 yards. B.J. Bostic is Tech's leading receiver with two catches for 66 yards.

Chase Rettig is 11-17 for 116 yards but could not get the Eagles into the endzone during the first half. Andre Williams has seven carries for 24 yards while Alex Amidon hauled in four passes for 45 yards.
