Georgia Vs. Florida Odds: Gators the favorite as line moves from 3.5 to 7

The line in Saturday's Georgia vs. Florida game opened at 3.5, but heavy action on Florida's side has moved it to 7.

The No. 10 Georgia Bulldogs face the No. 2 Florida Gators on Saturday. After opening with Florida the favorite and the line at 3 1/2, the Gators remain the favorite in Friday's latest odds but the line has moved to seven points. That means money has been coming down on Florida's side as the market gives the 7-0 Gators a big vote of confidence.

The combined point total in the game is largely unchanged, going from 48 at opening to 46 or 47 as of Friday.

Florida has covered the spread in six of their seven contests this season, while the Bulldogs are 2-5 against the spread. Recent history also seems to favor the Gators, who are 11-3 straight up in their last 14 games against the Bulldogs. Predictions for Saturday's game see another heavy emphasis on the rush by Florida, who are outrushing their opponents by an average of 213 yards to 97. Georgia is giving up 168 yards per game on the ground, which may explain why most of the action is coming down on Florida's side.
