Georgia Vs. Florida Score: Bulldogs capitalize on turnovers, lead 7-0 after 1st quarter

The No. 10 ranked Georgia Bulldogs lead the No. 2 Florida Gators by the score of 7-0, after one quarter of play at Everbank Field in a match up of the two top SEC East teams.

The Bulldogs jumped out to an early lead in the first quarter and had their presence felt on both sides of the ball, forcing a turnover in Florida territory on the very first drive of the game. The Bulldogs were able to take advantage on the turnover, thanks to freshman running back Todd Gurley's 10 yard rush for the score.

The undefeated Gators have played sloppy on both sides of the ball and have allowed 45 yards on the ground in the first quarter alone, which has to be shocking for one of the elite defensive units in all of the nation.

Meanwhile, Georgia is taking advantage of their run game and are averaging 6.4 yards per carry. Bulldogs quarterback Aaron Murray has completed four of five passes for 34 yards, but also has thrown one interception.
