Three Atlanta Falcons missed practice Wednesday with injuries, and five more were limited in participation. Starting right guard Garrett Reynolds, starting outside linebacker Sean Weatherspoon, and backup receiver Kevin Cone all sat out.
Reynolds, who's nursing a bad back, was listed available for last Sunday's victory over Philadelphia. Atlanta's coaching staff opted instead to insert rookie Peter Konz. Konz shined in relief. Witherspoon, meanwhile, sprained his ankle in the fourth quarter while trying to catch Eagles running back LaSean McCoy. Lastly, Cone sat out Wednesday's practice with a groin injury. All three remain uncertain for Sunday's game against the Dallas Cowboys. Reynolds has suffered from a number of maladies this season.
Limited participants on Wednesday included receivers Roddy White (back), Harry Douglas (ankle/knee) and Drew Davis (hamstring). Kicker Matt Bryant (back) and defensive tackle Jonathan Babineaux (knee) were also limited. Babineaux played against Philadelphia and recorded one tackle. Bryant went 3-for-3 on field goals. He's 16-for-17 on the year.
Sunday's game against Dallas starts at 8:20 p.m. EST in Atlanta.
