While the Nationwide Series is off this weekend, there will still be plenty of action at Talladega as the Chase for the 2012 Sprint Cup heats up.
Televised action will begin on Friday with practice for the Camping World Truck Series begins at 10:30 a.m. on the SPEED network. Practice for the Sprint Cup Series will go from 2:30-4:30 p.m. before qualifying for the Truck Series at 5:10 p.m.
NASCAR qualifying will kick off the day on Saturday, starting at noon on SPEED.
The Truck Series event, the Coca-Cola 250, begins at 3:30 p.m. Saturday, also on SPEED.
Of course, the big attraction will be on Sunday afternoon, with one of the most important races of the Chase getting going at 1:30 p.m. on ESPN.
For the ten drivers in the Chase, the biggest key will be getting out of Talladega unscathed and surviving "The Big One," which knocked Kevin Harvick and Kyle Busch out of the title picture last year.
