It might not be the biggest game of the Saturday schedule, but when Georgia State and Rhode Island do battle, something very important to both teams will be on the line -- a win.
Heading into their game this weekend, the Panthers are 0-6 and the Rams are 0-5.
Neither team has sniffed a victory in 2012, as all 11 losses for the two teams have come by 10 points or more.
The Rams, who had three wins in 2011, last tasted victory on Nov. 5 against William & Mary. Meanwhile, Georgia State also had three wins last season and notched its last win on Nov. 19 against Campbell.
The win would be especially big for Georgia State, as it has not won a road game in over two years. The last victory away from home came on Sept. 25, 2010, against Campbell.
Kickoff for Saturday's game is scheduled for 1 p.m. ET.
