NASCAR Chase Standings: Brad Kesoloweski Takes Lead With One Race To Go

What an wild and crazy race ladies and gentlemen. We saw carnage, championship implications, and even a brawl. After the dust settled, Brad Keselowski finds himself in control of his own destiny next weekend.

Jimmie Johnson came into today's AdvoCare 500 at Phoenix with only a 7-point lead over Keselowski. But now that we have one race left to go before a champion is crowned, the #48 team has their backs against the wall.

Johnson's championship hopes went out the window after he blew a right-front tire and crashed on Lap 235. Johnson was behind the wall for 38 laps before coming back out. Brad Keselowski was able to avoid the retaliation between Clint Bowyer and Jeff Gordon, and he avoided being collected in a crash coming to the checkered flag to finish in 6th.

With just one race left to go, Brad Kesoloweski has a 20-point lead over Jimmie Johnson.

Here below is the Chase standings heading into the final race at Homestead-Miami Speedway.

1.) Brad Keselowski
2.) Jimmie Johnson (-20)
3.) Kasey Kahne (-50)
4.) Clint Bowyer (-52)
5.) Denny Hamlin (-62)
6.) Matt Kenseth (-74)
