The regular season is still two weeks from being over but plenty of prognosticators are predicting where the Atlanta Falcons may be going with their first-round draft pick next April. Although the experts at CBS Sports disagree on who, they both agree the Falcons will be taking a defensive end in the first round. Rob Rang predicts it will be Sam Montgomery out of LSU while Dan Brugler believes it will be Ezekiel Ansah from BYU.
Montgomery finished the season at LSU with 32 tackles. He notched up 12 tackles for a loss including seven sacks. The junior defensive end has yet to declare for the draft.
Meanwhile, the senior Ansah out of BYU joined the team before the 2010 season, playing three seasons for the Cougars. He finished the year with 57 tackles, 13 of them for a loss, and 4.5 sacks.
The 2013 NFL Draft takes place April 25-27 at Radio City Music Hall in New York City.
