Three players have committed to the Georgia State football program this week, according to a report by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Georgia State received pledges from safety Jeremy Fulcher (Dallas, Texas), linebacker Kight Dallas (Stephenson HS, Georgia) and defensive back Trent Hill (M.L. King, Georgia). All three players are rated two-star recruits. New Georgia State coach Trent Miles has now collected commitments from five players since taking over the program on December 3. A total of 15 players have committed to the Panthers for 2103 after commits from the previous coaching staff are included.

Georgia State got more good news Tuesday when star player Albert Wilson tweeted that he would return to school for his senior season. Wilson had scared Panther fans with his tweets earlier this season when it looked like he would leave school a year early. Wilson was Georgia State's most productive receiver by far in 2012. He had 947 receiving yards, which were 650 yards more than the next-highest player. He also starred on special teams as a returner.

Georgia State will join the Sun Belt conference in 2013.
