Florida Vs. Georgia Final Score: Bulldogs Upset Gators, 76-62

The 2011-12 campaign for the Georgia Bulldogs has not been great, but on Saturday they pulled off their biggest win of the year when they defeated the No. 11 Florida Gators, 76-62 for only their fourth conference win of the season. Kentavious Caldwell-Pope led five Georgia players in double figures with 18 points and he had five rebounds and four steals in the win.

Georgia never trailed in this game at all and raced out to a 17-8 lead over the first 10 minutes of the game and anytime Florida would make any type of attempt to close the gap Georgia would respond. Florida did not have their best day shooting the ball as they shot 36 percent from the field and tried to make their comeback via the three-point shot which did not go well as they went seven-of-20 from beyond the arc. Bradley Beal led Florida in scoring with 19 points.

The win for Georgia puts them at 4-10 in SEC play and 13-15 overall.
