NBA Standings 2012: Hawks Holding Onto Second Place In Southeast Division

The Atlanta Hawks dropped two games in a row for only the second time this season and slipped a game and a half behind the Miami Heat for first place in the NBA's Southeast division. Atlanta is one game in front of the Orlando Magic whom they will take on for the first time this season on Friday, February 10.

Atlanta currently sits in fifth place in the conference race as the East remains tightly bunched. Chicago leads the conference and is followed by Miami and Philadelphia. The Indiana Pacers are currently fourth and will visit Philips Arena on Wednesday.
