ANIMATED: Kendall Marshall's Charge That Wasn't Vs. NC State

Kendall Marshall's game-winning drive and pull up jumper with 15 seconds left to go versus North Carolina State has put North Carolina back into the ACC tournament final once again. Of course, the only thing that matters to Wolfpack fans is the charge call that never happened. Did Kendall Marshall commit a charge foul on that game-winning play? Here is the gif that keeps on giving.

I personally think Marshall dipped the shoulder on NC State's Alex Johnson, who went careening into the baseline like a linebacker hit him. However, I'm not paid to be an ACC referee. What do you think?

North Carolina will face the winner of Florida State and Duke in the ACC tournament final on Sunday in Atlanta.
